illustration division is hiring a part-time agency coordinator to support administrative logistics and communications between our internal staff, our global network of clients, and our international roster of top-tier commercial illustrators.
Part admin, part advocate, you'll work with our team of agents to liaise with a broad range of creatives and accounts, providing the highest level of client experience from start to finish.
Your curiosity, attention to detail, and penchant for staying one step ahead of schedule will go a long way in this position. So will your clear and accessible communication skills, with the ability to translate idea-speak to number-speak and back again. Most of all, you'll be an integral part of our operations, maintaining our accounts with brands and companies around the world.
Key responsibilities:
Connect and communicate thoroughly, efficiently,
and personably with clients, artists, and staffInvoice clients per the parameters of unique artist jobs
Set up and manage new vendor accounts
Maintain project management system (timelines, tasks,
expenses, and all associated paperwork)Lead internal administrative coordination
Provide clear and concise weekly updates to accounting
as well as quarterly artist reportsLeverage agent responsibilities to enable strategic,
high-quality planning and delivery
This is a part-time position (10 - 15 hours weekly). Flexible hours.
